Q: What is EPC?
A: EPC stands for Eraman Privilege Card
Q: What are the charges to obtain an EPC?
A: It is free of charge
Q: What types of EPC are there?
A: There is the Classic (10% off) and Preferred (15% off)
Q: How can I apply to be a Preferred card member?
A: First time card applications are only open for the Classic card in which you will receive 10% discount on your purchases at Eraman. However, if you spend RM20,000 within a period of two (2) years, you will be upgraded to the Preferred card member status.
Q: What do I need to do to maintain as a Preferred card member upon being upgraded?
A: You will need to spend a cumulative amount of RM20,000 within two (2) years to maintain the Preferred card member status to enjoy the 15% discount privilege
Q: Is there a minimum spend for the Preferred card?
A: Yes, a minimum spend of RM350 is required in order to enjoy the 15% off.
Q: When will I receive the EPC?
A: For applications in-store, you will receive it within three months from the date of application. For online applications, the EPC virtual card will be approved within a maximum of 72 hours.
Q: Where can I apply for an EPC?
A: You may apply for the EPC at any of our Duty Free and Duty Paid outlets located at KLIA, klia2, Penang International Airport, Kuching International Airport, Kota Kinabalu International Airport and Labuan Airport or at our website www.eraman.com.my
Q: What will I be able to view after I have applied online?
A: You will be able to view your personal details, membership status, membership number, card expiry date and may also update your personal information there.
Q: What is the membership’s validity period?
A: Classic: Valid for three (3) years, ending on 30th June or 31st December of the respective year depending on the date of issuance being either within the first (1st) half or second (2nd) half of the year. Preferred: Valid for two (2) years, ending on 30th June or 31st December of the respective year, depending on the date of issuance being either within the first (1st) half or second (2nd) half of the year.
Q: What if I did not receive the actual membership card within 3 months / 72 hours period?
A: Please call 03-87768533 or email to [email protected] for EPC registration/application matters and our personnel will assist you accordingly
Q: What are the benefits to having an EPC?
A: EPC members are entitled to get 10% discounts with a minimum spend of RM250 in a single receipt at Eraman participating Fashion labels, Perfumes and Cosmetics, Chocolates, Liquor and Toys including Food & Beverage outlets managed or owned by Eraman except Food Garden, E-Xpress, Chanel, Swarovski, Remy Martin Louis XIII and Tobacco/Cigar products. EPC members will also enjoy special privileges at our partner establishments, be invited to special events as well as enjoy additional discounts during our Member Day specials.
Q: Will the EPC be automatically renewed?
A: No, it will not be renewed automatically. Eraman will notify card members 1 or 2 months prior to expiry via email for renewal and members will need to reply to confirm the card renewal before the expiry date to avoid from having to re-apply for a new card.
Q: What should I do if I lose my EPC?
A: Eraman will not issue a replacement card due to cards lost, stolen or damaged. The EPC member will need to reapply for a new card in order to enjoy the privileges.
Q: Do I still get to enjoy the EPC benefits if I forget to bring my card?
A: The EPC must be presented, and a minimum spend of RM250 and RM350 in a single receipt is required to enjoy both 10% or 15% discount in Eraman retail stores. The card must also be presented to enjoy special offers at our merchant partner establishments.
Q: Can I pass my card to another person to use and enjoy the discount privilege?
A: No, you may not as the card is non-transferable.
Q: Is there a minimum spend at F&B outlets?
A: No. You can enjoy the discounts with any purchase at F&B outlets managed or owned by Eraman.
Q: Do I get to enjoy the same value of discount at the EPC merchant partner establishments?
A: Different offers and discount rates will apply and is subject to offers and terms and conditions provided by the merchant partner.
