Malaysia Airports Niaga expanded its food and beverage franchise business under the most successful coffee brand in Australia; the Gloria Jean’s Coffees. The brand was brought in and introduced to Malaysian airports in May 2014 and the coffee franchise has taken the travellers and airport community by storm and captured the hearts and minds of coffee drinkers.

In August 2017, Malaysia Airports Niaga opened two (2) Gloria Jean's Coffees located at level 3 International Arrival Hall and level 5 International Departure of KLIA and followed by the introduction of two (2) Coffee pushcarts at Contact Pier Domestic and International KLIA in October 2018.
