Eraman Partners with OURSHOP

Selangor, Malaysia, 10 May 2019 - AirAsia’s e-marketplace OURSHOP today announced a ground-breaking partnership with ERAMAN that allows travellers to pick-up pre-booked products purchased on OURSHOP at ERAMAN’s dedicated pick-up point located in klia2.

 

ERAMAN will benefit from AirAsia’s vast marketing machine of multiple consumer touchpoints all along the travel journey – including online booking, social media, check-in, boarding gates, onboard Wi-Fi and marketing initiatives – while ERAMAN will also have the added benefit of access to passenger trends and travellers departing and arrival destinations, enabling more precise marketing and selection of products.

 

Travellers can also earn and redeem AirAsia BIG Points each time they shop on OURSHOP.com, which can be used to redeem free flights on airasia.com or pay for their OURSHOP purchases. The more miles travelled or items bought, the more points earned by travellers, creating a cycle of value. Aside from enjoying the convenience of buying from their device, travellers can enjoy the peace of mind that they are purchasing from an official retailer or brand directly, thus removing any doubt of product authenticity that has plagued e-commerce traditionally.
